Rrjeti Akademik Shqiptar (RASH)
Projekti "Realizimi i Qendrës Ndëruniversitare të Shërbimeve dhe Rrjetit Telematik" synon të kontribuojë në përmirësimin dhe fuqizimin e sistemit shqiptar universitar si burim mësimdhënies në nivel të lartë, si edhe do të luajë një rol promovues për kërkimin shkencor. Parashikohet që qendra ndëruniversitare të ofrojë shërbime aplikative software për Universitetet dhe Institutet e Kërkimit në vend, dhe të menaxhojë Rrjetin Akademik Shqiptar. Për herë të parë themelohet Rrjeti Akademik Shqiptar (RASH), për lidhjen e institucioneve të arsimit të lartë me institutet e kërkimit shkencor dhe qendrat e transferimit të teknologjive. Objektiv i projektit ndër të tjera, është të rrisë cilësinë e menaxhimit universitar të institucioneve të arsimit të lartë publik dhe të kërkimit shqiptar, e në veçanti, në zhvillimin e kapaciteteve njerëzore dhe pjesëmarrjes në programet Evropiane dhe ndërkombëtare të kërkimit shkencor. Do të arrihet pjesëmarrja e privilegjuar e profesoratit dhe e kërkuesve nga bota akademike shqiptare në aktivitetet e kërkim-zhvillimit në nivel të Bashkimit Evropian dhe do të sigurohet aksesi në rrjete ndërkombëtare të kërkimit shkencor, si GARR dhe GEANT 2. Academic Network Albania (ANA)
The Project on the "Creation of an Inter-University Service Center and a Telematic Network" aims at improving and strengthening of the Albanian University System as the teaching source of the highest level in the country and at promoting scientific research. The Inter-University Center will offer software services to both public universities, research institutes, and will manage the Albanian Academic Network. Established for the first time in Albania, the Albanian Academic Network (ANA), will connect the higher education institutions to the scientific research institutes and to the Transfer Technology Center. Among other objectives, the project will contribute towards strengthening and boosting management capacities of the Albanian public higher education and of the research institutions, thus developing high calibre professionals and guaranteeing participation to different research programs/projects both at the European and International level. ANA will play a crucial role to securing the participation of the professors and researchers from the Albanian academic world to the research and development activities of the European Union. For this purpose, ANA will also secure access to networks such as GARR and GEANT 2.The project is financed by the Cooperation for Development Office of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Rete Accademica Albanese (RAA)
Il progetto “Realizzazione di un Centro Servizi e di una Rete Telematica delle Università Albanesi” è inserito nel Protocollo di Cooperazione allo Sviluppo 2002 – 2004, da realizzarsi su canale bilaterale con il Ministero dell’Educazione e della Scienza e rappresenta per l’Albania il primo esempio di finanziamento in gestione diretta ex art. 15 del regolamento di esecuzione della legge 49/87.Tale progetto ha l’obiettivo generale di adeguare il sistema dell’istruzione superiore e della ricerca in Albania ai livelli dei Paesi dell’Unione Europea, in particolare nell’ambito del Patto di Stabilità per lo Sviluppo socio-economico del Paese con l’Unione Europea. Esso prevede altresì l’incremento della partecipazione di professori/ricercatori albanesi alle attività di ricerca e sviluppo condotte a livello internazionale, in particolare in Italia, grazie alla disponibilità di una rete telematica collegata con il sistema italiano GARR, e ha come obiettivo specifico il potenziamento delle università albanesi nel fornire servizi didattici di alto livello e per partecipare ad attività di ricerca a livello internazionale. I risultati attesi prevedono la creazione oltre alla creazione di una Rete Telematica Accademica, Academic Network of Albania, e di un Centro interuniversitario Servizi con professionalità adeguate per la promozione della qualità dell’istruzione superiore e la gestione di tale rete e degli applicativi correlati.
